Aesthetic Nurse

​Dr. Lani Doser, DNP, FNP-C, is a nurse practitioner with a clinical doctorate, the highest clinical degree given in her profession. Since 2005, Dr. Doser has excelled in the healthcare profession as an educator and nurse practitioner in the Portland area. Dr. Doser’s specialties include aesthetic rejuvenation with energy equipment, K beauty, diverse skin tones, and injections.

Dr. Doser has traveled the United States for Galderma Laboratories training physicians and nurses on proper injection techniques and the nature of adverse events. She has served as a subject matter expert in the areas of neuromodulators, fillers, and collagen stimulators. Dr. Doser has been featured on Oregon's KOIN Channel 6 News, offering her expert opinion on skincare and other important health topics.

As an educated, ethical and experienced practitioner, Dr. Doser strives to provide confidence-boosting and natural-looking results. Her clients appreciate the quality time she spends with them through her gentle touch and down-to-earth approach.

A Portland native, Kelly Belair, CAE, got her start in the aesthetics world ten years ago, graduating from The Aesthetics Institute as a Licensed Esthetician. She started her career doing eyelash extensions and eventually integrating advanced treatments. Everything came full circle when she landed back at the Aesthetics Institute as an instructor. Her passion for providing the best education and experience for others was the driving force to teach.

Kelly strives to help her clients feel good in their own skin and to empower people to be their best selves. That is its own reward. 

At SkinWise Rx, Kelly enjoys serving others through body sculpting, laser resurfacing, laser hair reduction, body toning, microneedling, and additional methods to make you feel beautiful.

As the SkinWise Rx practice manager Kelly continues to serve both her colleagues and patients with optimism, patience, and kindness.

Hayley grew up in the Pacific Northwest with an unfailing interest in the world of aesthetics and all things beauty. Early on she found herself drawn to working in healthcare. The combination of these interests led to a focus and passion for medical aesthetics.

After graduating nursing school, Hayley began working as an aesthetic nurse with a focus on laser and energy based devices while also spending time in ambulatory surgery gaining experience in preoperative and PACU nursing. 

You can now find Hayley living out her dream career as an aesthetic nurse at SkinWise Rx treating clients with injectables and energy based devices alongside Dr. Lani Doser.  

Hayley aims to empower you to feel your best self while remaining authentically you. Her passion for patient education and holistic care drives her to continue learning and growing in the medical aesthetics industry.

Ellen is a Certified Advanced Aesthetician with a strong emphasis on exceptional customer service. She earned her aesthetics license in Southern California in 2005 and relocated to Portland in 2016. Her passion for cutting-edge treatments led her to obtain her advanced certification at Spectrum Advanced Aesthetics.

Ellen brings a unique blend of expertise to her role as an advanced aesthetician, drawing from a strong background in Human Resources with a focus on customer service. This experience has honed Ellen’s ability to understand client needs, ensuring every treatment is not only effective but also delivered with the highest level of care and professionalism. With extensive training in the latest skincare techniques and treatments, Ellen is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals while providing a personalized experience.

Outside of the practice, Ellen enjoys unwinding with a good puzzle and catching up on the latest shows on Bravo TV. This blend of analytical thinking and a love for entertainment reflects in Ellen’s approach to aesthetics—always striving for precision while ensuring clients feel pampered and at ease.
